– Load CAD data directly- Load DXF files directly and select the points you wish to drill, the best tool path will be worked out for you automatically and the program written.
– Automatic wear check – the machine checks the exact wear based on real-time cutting information – wear ratios will be right every time.
– Breakthrough conditions – each cut will be automatically set for an entry, main, and exit cutting to ensure the best finish and high-speed machining.

60A/100A Power Booster for Large Hole(2~6.0mm)
If looking for the fastest cycle times a power booster can be added to drastically improve cycle times on larger electrodes
These booster can more than half process time compared to normal EDM drilling Machines on large holes.
2 Row Tool Bar (Electrode Holder)
If you need to drill thousands of holes,
the most important thing you need is the tool bar that can hold as many electrodes as possible.
The structure of 2 row tool bar is simple enough so that there is no chance of “Tool Change Failure” while doubling ATC capacity.

Large water Tank 130L with EDM filter Pump
The Large Water Tank is very useful to keep the water clean during extended processes it features two separated(Clean and Dirty) water tanks.
EDM Tapping Option
EDM Tapping is generally a job for CNC Sinker EDM machine. However NSD’s EDM drill can do this by replacing few parts. If you need to tap a hole on a heat-treated material, try this EDM Tapping Option.
W Axis Up
If you need to drill large parts the W axis up increases max guide height above worktable to over 600mm.
